Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms govern the purchase of private consultation services offered by Mademoiselle Spends through this website. Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Services

Consultations are personalized advisory sessions delivered remotely or in person, as specified at the time of booking.

Each session is tailored to the client’s situation. No particular outcome or result is guaranteed.

Booking and payment

An appointment is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Prices are indicated in euros. Taxes may apply depending on the client’s country of residence.

Right of withdrawal

Where an appointment is scheduled for a specific date, the client expressly requests that the service be provided at that time.

Once the consultation has taken place, the service is considered fully performed and no withdrawal right applies.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in the session being considered delivered and non refundable.

Client responsibility

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the preparation of the consultation.

Testimonials

Following the consultation, Mademoiselle Spends may invite the client to provide a testimonial. By submitting a testimonial, the client grants Mademoiselle Spends the right to reproduce, publish, and adapt it for communication, marketing, or promotional purposes, on the website, social media, and any other media. Testimonials are published using the client's first name only, unless another form of identification is expressly agreed.

Results Guarantee

The person needs to have attended all sessions, including all weekly calls and be able to demonstrate they have followed the 90 day roadmap to the T. In the event where they would have but have not seen any measurable result, they will be offered one additional 45 min session to recalibrate the roadmap and focus on getting results within the next month. They will be offered an additional month of access to the weekly calls to help with the implementation of the roadmap. If by the end of the month they can demonstrate they have followed the roadmap to the T and attended all calls, they’ll be offered an additional 45min session etc… and this cycle could technically continue indefinitely.

Results Variation

Results may vary from one client to another. Any timelines, including references to progress within the first, second, or third month, are provided for illustrative purposes only. They reflect the typical progression of a client who is highly committed, consistent, and fully coachable throughout the process. Actual results depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to the client’s level of engagement, consistency of implementation, responsiveness to feedback, personal circumstances, and external variables beyond the control of Mademoiselle Spends. Accordingly, no specific timeframe or outcome can be guaranteed, and any examples of progression should not be interpreted as a promise of identical results.

Confidentiality

Information shared during the consultation is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Liability

The service consists of advice and guidance. Mademoiselle Spends cannot be held responsible for decisions or actions taken by the client following the consultation.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
