These Terms govern the purchase of services offered by Mademoiselle Spends through this website. Any purchase implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Services

Services are delivered remotely or in person, as specified at the time of purchase. Each service is tailored to the client's situation. No particular outcome or result is guaranteed.

Booking and payment

A service is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Prices are indicated in euros. Taxes may apply depending on the client's country of residence.

Right of withdrawal

Where a service is scheduled for a specific date, the client expressly requests that the service be provided at that time. Once the service has been fully delivered, no withdrawal right applies.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are specified at the time of purchase and may vary by service. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in the service being considered delivered and non-refundable.

Client responsibility

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of the service.

Testimonials

Following the delivery of a service, Mademoiselle Spends may invite the client to provide a testimonial. By submitting a testimonial, the client grants Mademoiselle Spends the right to reproduce, publish, and adapt it for communication, marketing, or promotional purposes, on the website, social media, and any other media. Testimonials are published using the client's first name only, unless another form of identification is expressly agreed.

Use of communications and content

By purchasing a service, the client acknowledges that messages, emails, feedback, results, and any other communications exchanged with Mademoiselle Spends — before, during, or after the delivery of a service — may be used by Mademoiselle Spends for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, newsletters, case studies, press, and presentations. Such content will be anonymised by default. Identified use requires the client's express agreement. The client may object to this use at any time by contacting [email protected]. Objections apply going forward and do not affect content already published in anonymised form.

Results variation

Results may vary from one client to another. Any examples of progress or outcomes are provided for illustrative purposes only and reflect clients who are highly committed, consistent, and fully engaged throughout the process. Actual results depend on multiple factors including the client's level of engagement, consistency of implementation, personal circumstances, and external variables beyond the control of Mademoiselle Spends. No specific outcome or timeframe can be guaranteed.

Confidentiality

Sensitive personal information shared specifically for the purpose of delivering a service — such as financial details, health information, or business-sensitive data — is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than service delivery. General communications, feedback, and results are subject to the Use of Communications and Content clause above.

Liability

Services consist of advice and guidance. Mademoiselle Spends cannot be held responsible for decisions or actions taken by the client following the delivery of a service.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
